Question
I have a pending CSPA case in Tampa mid district court. If we prove they errored and cspa applies and petition has since passed. Can I assume case and carry on? Can you help with our forum www.expatsvoice.org ?

Answer
Susan,
The District court should make a decision and if they decide in your favor, it will force the USCIS to proceed with your case as if there was no error.

I would be happy to assist in your forum and would need some more information about the mission of the project.

Good Luck
