Question
hello...pls help...iam getting married...iam a citizen....after we get married..what is the first thing we do to apply for his green card...to get his work permit....can you recommend a lawyer to assist with this...thank you

Answer
Candy,
Congratulations on your pending marriage.  The first thing you need to do is file an adjustment of status (I-485) and the employment authorization card upon getting married.  I have helped numerous people throughout the United States do this and could happily assist you with your case.

Good Luck
