Immigration Issues/Fiance Visa

Question
Hello,

Not sure if you can answer questions regarding fiance visas, but here goes anyway.  My fiance recently had his interview at the embassy in Tunisia.  His visa was denied because of the current economy and unemployment situation. Can this be disputed?  I earn enough income to support us both and I'm one of the lucky ones with a stable job.  What would be the procedure to dispute if possible?

Thank you and best regards,
Nancy

Answer
Nancy,
Assuming that they purely denied him because of not having any money to support himself, you can submit a package stating that you will.  Include relevant information such as your income, savings etc.  If that is not enough, you can also find another co-sponsor willing to state that they will also support him and include relevant financial information.
Good Luck
