Answer
Manjula,
My answers are as follows:
1.Is it possible to apply my EAD by person? or is it only through mail?
You cannot file in person for an EAD.

2.if i can apply by person, which office i have to go?
You cannot file in person for an EAD.

3.Shall i contact a lawyer to file my EAD application?
The process is not difficult and could be done without an attorney but some people use attorneys to make sure it is done correctly.

4.I seen in few websites that they are mentioning that L1B- spouse can work without EAD... is that correct?
You should have an EAD if you are planning on working in the US.

Good Luck
