Question
I got my H1B, and i am planning on wanting to go to Greece; however, i am lebanese.  Can i still get the H1B stamp from Greece?

Answer
Hi,

The general rule is that you can apply at a U.S. Consulate for visa stamp only in your home country, or in the country of last residence. Since you do not reside in Greece, you should apply at a U.S. Consulate in Lebanon.

You can also apply at U.S. Consulates in Canada or Mexico: https://www.nvars.com/Production/userhome.aspx
