Question
Hi Ajay, i am currently living in the usa and i have a b1 and
b2 visa.  i would like work in this country as full time
employer or part time.  how can i apply for a working permit
to work in the USA? what forms do i need to file with
immigration so that i am allow to work?

Answer
Hi,

In almost all cases you cannot be employed without a job offer. The U.S. employer will complete the petition that authorizes employment (normally a H1B petition). Since you cannot self-petition, good luck to you in finding an employer offering you employment as well as filing the appropriate paperwork with the USCIS. In addition, successful filing of H1B petition requires possession of a bachelor's degree, and the employment must require a suitable bachelor's degree as well.
