Immigration Issues/Employer change of Address

Question
Hi,
I am on H1b and Green card in process. My office has
recently moved to a new address, a few blocks away, same
town and same zip code.
Currently they are asking me to change address and so file
LCA FORM ETA 9035. Also on the form 9035 i see a change in
period of intended employment date but the end date remains
the same. I have gone to India and got my H1b Visa stamped
in June 2010.

Answer
Hi,

The employer completes the LCA, as it can be signed only by the petitioner. The period of intended employment would be the same as for current LCA, as the ability to work at a particular worksite is determined by expiration date of H1B approval notice, or to be more exacting on the I-94 expiration date.
