sir, my parents have u.s citizen. they have applied i-130 visa for me in june 2007. iam married and currently iam living in denmark.i have indian passport but iam permanent in denmark.my wife is danish. my quation is how much take the time.plss help

The family preference category is F3 as married child of U.S. citizen. At this time as per the State Department Visa Bulletin the USCIS is working on petitions received in June, 2002. Please see www.h1b1.com/sponsor.htm as well as www.h1b1.com/visawaiting.htm

Nobody can predict actual time until your priority date is current, but it can certainly take a few more years based on current processing.
