Question
i would like to apply for my US citizenship but i got a DUI how long would i have to wait to apply ?

Answer
Cristian,
In order to file for citizenship you need to have completed the DUI sentence.  Thus, if you are still under court supervision or probation you cannot file.  However, if you have already completed your sentence and the conviction is final, you can file for your citizenship.
Good Luck
