Question
Hello I had a question my friend is going to jail Wednesday morning and he is undocumented he is going on for vialating summary probation he has a clean record does he have a chance of making it out with out being deported

Answer
Hello Alex:

You do not provide sufficient information to answer your question. What are your friend's original charges? What is his current immigration status? Removal proceedings may be commenced against a foreign born citizen, if he/she is found guilty of certain crimes (aggravated felonies, crimes of moral turpitude).

Legal relief do exist, depending on the facts of the case.

Sincerely,
