Immigration Issues/I-864 issue

Question
On form I-864, the Affidavit of Support, it says: "If you included the income of the intending immigrant who is your spouse (he or she would be counted on line 21a),evidence that his/her income will continue from the current source after obtaining lawful permanent resident status must be provided."

What qualifies as evidence of income? We did not file form I-864A, as we do not have any children. Thank you so much for your help!

Answer
Hi,

We suggest attaching current employment letter from employer verifying job title, salary, dates of employment ([example: from [date] to [present]), and latest W2, which is summary of yearly income from a particular employer. Please attach copy of latest federal tax return as well.
