HI,
  My L1 VISA INDIVIDUAL(PREMIUM) REJECTED yesterday.
the reason they gave me is I lack Project Knowledge and business Knowledge the project i am going to work in USA.
SO would like to know when can i reapply again for this L1 VISA INDIVIDUAL(PREMIUM). Please let after what duration i can reapply or can i go for new petition.

Hi,

Your company can file L1A or L1B petition again with the USCIS anytime. The USCIS application fees must be submitted again payable to Department of Homeland Security.

The company should carefully prepare the new petition, taking into account the reasons for previous denial.
