Hi,

In this thread, my case is similar, with priority date August 2006. I-140 is approved, I-485 filed in 2007 and pending. Now question is when in next couple of months when my priority date becomes current, do I or my employer have to take any action to get I-485 approved? Do we have to initiate any process for background check and intimate USCIS to start working on my case?

Thanks,

PParmar
