Question
Ajay,
I have already asked u a question regarding a space in my
first name.
I have approached Indian Embassy in Canada and They told
that they can endorse my passport.
I have submitted my I-797 approval document, my SSN. I have
showed them my 7tn class marks memo, 10nth class, bachelors
and everything.
Now they are asking me to submit a birth certificate which I
don't have. Usually it will take 3 months time to get a
birth certificate.
What are my options inorder to get it endorsed.

Thanks

Answer
Hi,

As India is a sovereign country, any guidelines of its representative The Indian Embassy are not open to legal dispute. The endorsement of the passport is within the discretion of the Embassy and cannot be influenced by outside legal interference. I wish you the best of luck.
