Question
i have a question about part 1 which asks A# if any, what does that mean and what is current uscis status. what does that mean. we have allready filled I-130 and am preparring I-485 package. thanks.

Answer
Dear John,

If you have never applied for a green card or Optional Practical Training (OPT) then you do not have an A#.  If you did apply before, the A# will appear on the old receipts.

Current USCIS status means the status you last entered the US with, like B-2 for tourist or F-1 for student.
