Question
I got my Citizenship in October. I want to sponsor H1B my brothers who did MBA.

Do I need to own a company to do that ? I do some freelence jobs and I pay taxes. since it freelance there is no offical company name I fill using my social secruity number.

Please suggest.

Only a U.S. citizen can sponsor a sibling: www.h1b1.com/sponsor.htm

A company can sponsor your brother by filing an H1B petition, but it must be established enough to be able to pay the offered salary, and of course have an address, federal tax identification number, etc.
