Question
If a person working in USA on H1B gets Canadian PR Card, can he continue to work on H1B status or it has to be changed to T1 or any other visa status?

Answer
Hi,

Yes, you can continue to work on H1B status. There is no T1 status for employment in the U.S. You may be thinking of TN status for Canadian citizens: http://h1b1.com/lctnstatus.htm but in many instances H1B visa status is still preferable to TN visa status even for Canadian citizens.
