Immigration Issues/H1B transfer under apending H1B extension
Expert: AJAY SINGH - 8/31/2012
My H1B visa has been expired and extension has been filed by my current employer A. I want to join company B. Can company B apply for my visa extension transfer?
Thanks in advance
Answer To my understanding it should be H1B with new employer/Change of employer. Just get your documents in order (H1b, timely extension request) and you should be fine.
