Question
Hi Ajay
My brother is sponsoring his wife. She just had an interview but for some reason did not pass. I am just heart broken for them. They been apart since married and was really looking forward to finally be together in the same country. I would like to know if there's anything we can do to help them or how do they proceed from here. Thank you in advance .

Nancy

Answer
Dear Nancy:
Sorry to hear about your brothers situation; however, without having a look or knowing the reasons/grounds of the decision I would not be able to meaningfully assist.  But for your information may I say that if the marriage is genuine, yes we can certainly do something but only after reviewing the decision.

Stay optimistic and hopeful, things will be  better.

Best wishes,
