Question
Hi

Got a reply from you already , but not clear whether its applicable to my H1B1(singapore visa) category?, below the same details, Sorry to trouble you.

I am in H1B1(Singaporean Visa) and my I94 expires on 10/01/2015. My extension is already filed on Aug 19 2015 and my case status show its received. So i have some doubts:

1.Whether can i stay in US until any update to my extension (approved/denied).
2. Can i work?

3. what are the other possibilities to get the result or extension.

Pl. reply me since i am bit concerned on this issue?

Thanks
Arun

Answer
1) Yes, you may;
2) You may work only until 10/01//2015, because to work you need an approved visa to work.

Hope it helps; however, I would recommend that you consult with the attorney who processed the visa for you or an experienced immigration attorney in this regard.

Best wishes,
