Immigration Issues/ADVANCE PAROLE

Question
I got married to a woman from Panama who was here legally.  We are very much in love.  Our lawyer filed for an advance parole, but my wife left the country to visit her family before the advance parole arrived.  Assuming the advance parole arrives in the mail, can I then send it to her in Panama, and will she be able to re-enter the country?

Answer
You would have to be very lucky not to have a problem. First they woul dhave to mail it to you instead of calling her in to pick it up. Secondly, after you mail it and she tries to enter they may see that the date of the approval of the document was after she left the country.
