Immigration Issues/AOS DENIAL
Thanks for your initial answer. I got the forms i-290B. I'll like to know if its advisable to file by myself or get an attorney. Also can I file directly or my wife has to file the appeal for me?
Yes - the I-290B is the right form. I can not decide for you whether to use an attorney - if finances would allow it, I would recommend using an attorney who specializes in Immigration Law. The denial was of the I-485 application, which is technically your application signed by you, so you can sign the appeal form and supporting statement.
What state do you live in? I am curious because this denial is whacko.
