We recieved this letter on 26th april 1997.
Now we have paid the immigration fees.
My birth date is 26 th august 1984. I am right now 23 years and 3 month old.
Will I be benifitted under CSPA.
Or anyting I can do ?

Mr. Mansuri,
The CSPA allows you to substract the time taken in processing the I-130 petition filed by your father. So do the math and if this calucation brings your age to under 21 you should be fine.
