Question -
I am a Natural-Born United States Citizen. My wife, who is from China, will be arriving soon from there. What forms must we obtain and fill out, and what fees must we pay, for her to legally obtain employment, once she's here?

Answer -
what kind of visa will she be entering on?

Regards,

Robert

Answer
When she comes to the airport, she should remind the inspector to endorse the back with an employment suthorized stamp - otherwise it will take about 60-90 days to get a work permit as part of the Adjustment of status filing she needs to make. She needs to file I-485/G-325 for you and her/I-765 if she did not get her I-94 endorsed/I-864. The filing fees are $575.

Regards,

Robert
