Immigration Issues/F1stamping

Question
I have changed my status one year ago from b1 to f1. I attend a community college in the USA. I am a full-time student, have always been here legally and my parents are supporting me. However, I am scared to go back to my country to get my visa stamping. Will I have any problems if I go back to my country to apply for a visa? Thank you.

Answer
There is never a guarantee you will get a visa, but if you did not start school until after the change of status was approved and you have proof of ties to your country and funds to support your student stauts, you have what they are looking for to approve.

Robert
