Question
Thanks for your reply.

SO you mean I cannot use my F2B Priority date (which is now current) for my approved F4 Petition?

And it means that when my F4 becomes current my son is already 23 years old, same thing will happen to him.  We will have to petition him on F2B and wait for another 10-12 years just for him to be with us in the USA?  Its a cycle that never ends.,,,

Anyway, your opinion is very much appreciated! Thanks

Anyway, thanks or you

Answer
Whetehr you son can immgirate with you depends on his age when a visa becomes available minus the time it took immigration to approve the I-130. If this is under 21 he can come with otherwise, you will have to file F2B petition once you get status.

Robert
