Answer
Bari,
I have not enough facts to give you an answer.  There are two ways to get a green card through employment one would be through a PERM or another as a researcher such as "Alien of Extraordinary Ability", "Outstanding Researcher" or through the "NIW" category.  If you would like you may send me a copy of your resume to review your credentials.  You may send it to mark@ashleykrishnan.com.
Good Luck
