Question
Does an employer have to notify the government when it fires employee with L1 visa status? If so, what is the time requirement to notify and to whom it must notify?

Answer
Dear Koza
The employer would be well served to notify the USCIS soon after termination of the L-1 employee. There is no specific time line for this process.
