-----Question-----
My husband from Argentina overstayed his visa more than three years ago. We dated for two years and got married this past September.  He has been using someone elses social security number for filing taxes ( he works a full time job as a welder).  Is if possible for him to become eligible for green card status? If so, what do we do now?  Will he have to return to Argentina to complete the process?  Will this cost a lot of money?

Yes, I am a citizen. We live in Virginia.

Answer
Assuming he came in on a tourist visa and not something like a crewmans visa, he can get his paerps here and not have to go back. Call my office, if you would like to discuss the case and whether you would like me to process it.

Regards,

Robert
