Immigration Issues/ssi & I-30 ins form

When a U.S. citizen is in the process of filing a I-30 for (Petition for Alien
Relative) will this unable her from recieving her Social Security benefits,
namely her Medi-Cal ?
She will be elgible for her SSI in 2 years, she is the petitioner but also has a
joint sponsor for her affidavit of support.

The US citizen will be eligible for all benefits they are owed by the US government including social security and medicade regardless of any type of sponsorship of an alien.
