Question
can my wife that has a conditional resident status travel outside the US and comeback with no problem?

Answer
Not necessarily.  It depends on if there are any factors that could cause her admissability to be questioned.  Failure to maintain her status as a permanent resident, criminal acts, fraud, and some other factors could cause her to be found inadmissable.
