Question QUESTION: Hi, Thanx for your time.
I just did a very stupid thing, I was drunk and didn't realise.
I live in antwerp, belgium, europe.
i just had sex with a a shemale prostitute,
she performed a blow job without a condom.
after that I have been in her anus for about 4-5 times,
then I realised that I wasen't wearing a condom,
so I just stopped an got my penis out.
I am very worried that I may have got HIV.
Please help me to understand what risk I had.
I would be really thankful to you.
Bye
ANSWER: Hi
Thanks for the question. Well, unprotected sex (and oral sex) does carry a risk of catching HIV, though the risk is higher for the passive person (receiver). So, the shemale would be more at risk of catching HIV from you.
But of course, there is still a small risk - it may be worth considering a test, but on balance its unlikely that you've been infected.
Hope this helps, and feel free to send a follow up. Here is a useful website with more information:

QUESTION: Hi, really thanks for your quick reply!
The only thing I would like to know now is;
What are the chances that I have got HIV or any sexually disease?? I know there wasen't any semen in the contact and my penis doesn't have any scratches or sores, but I'm still a bit worrying about the 4 times I went in her/his anus! I hope u can answer my question because I haven't slept last night and it keeps haunting my mind, I'm only 17 so I don't know much about this. Thank u!
Answer Hi
Thanks for the question. Well, as I said the chance is small for HIV, and and perhaps a little more for sexually transmitted disease.
You say you met the person in Antwerp, Belgium - is that the country where you live? IF so, you could consider seeing a local doctor to discuss this with him/her. Unprotected anal sex for the active person (so here its you) carries low risk of HIV, but a low-medium risk of some sexually transmitted diseases.
