Question
QUESTION: I just came back from this massage parlor. After the massage, she gave me a Blow job with a condom until I ejeculated, then she removed it with lots of Kleenex. Am I in danger of HIV or STD? Thanks.

ANSWER: Hi

Thanks for the question. Well, I can't see a risk of HIV here - there is no opportunity for infected fluid to pass on the virus to you. HIV is only passed on through semen, vaginal fluid, blood and breast milk.

For info about HIV, I recommend this website:

www.avert.org

Hope this helps - feel free to send a follow up.

Best wishes

QUESTION: Thanks Ian. Just a note that I wasn't sure what kind or how good the condom was during the session, but I was sure it was on my penis and intact. I was just afraid if the condom was defective. If it is defective, will that change the analysis? Thanks.

Answer
Hi

Thanks for the follow up. Well, if the condom looked intact then it will be OK - and in oral sex, it is the OTHER person (who is giving oral sex - so in the situation you describe, the person working in the massage parlour) rather than the one receiving, who is most at risk.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes

Ian
