Question Because of being a amateur writer, I myself, fall into the lethargic and placid world of cliche writing. What are the fundamentals of taking mediocre writing and burgeoning it into something that outshines the rest?
Answer Hello Ryan:
First you must get yourself out of the world of cliche writing. Here's the way to do it.
The first 4-5 things you think of are bound to be cliches. So go on to six or even nine, until you come upon a combination of words that are not familiar to you. Those will be original to you.
There is a lot more to it than that, but if you will ask me instead of the expert who sent this question to the Question Pool, I will try to help you.
