Question Mr. Plesman, what in your opinion are the top 5 or 10 most important areas of self-help? for example I might suggest 1. nutrional psychology 2. inner child / ego states 3. transactional analysis 4. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy etc.

I use all of these areas, but I believe that the metabolic aspects of mood disorders comes before consideration of psychological issues.
and discuss with a Nutritional Doctor, Clinical Nutritionist or a Nutritional Psychologist, if you want to. This can usually be treated by the adoption of a hypoglycemic diet. (see our web site).
