Increasing Self-Esteem - not tough enough

Expert: Zorka Hereford - 10/23/2009

Question
I have a problem with letting people walk all over me. How can i be more assertive/let people know when to back off?

Answer
Hi Carly,

This is a problem that many face and luckily you recognize that it's time do something about it. Of course, like any change or new habit we have to take on, it will take practice.

It is also necessary to decide how to go about this. It just so happens that I have written an article on this very matter. Please have a read and begin to implement the ideas.

All the beat to you!
