Subject: poor me

Question
I want to know if this are symptoms of low self esteem:
*I invite my friends for expensive lunch even the fact that they would never does the same for me
*Sometimes I have invited them giving an open invitation but I have end up supplicating for their company
*I use to say that some men are at my workplace are outstanding
*When my supplicating is with me alone in the office he behaves as a chip, but when were are in front of the boss or other important managers the way he treats me is completely different, even rude.
*Talking too fast and in a unsafe way when my boss is interviewing me.
*For example when I meet a girl I like, immediately I think that I have to gift her with expensive presents, and just my company is not important, even the fact that she does not give me anything.
*I send movil phone written messages to my friend but they do not answer back.
*I get worried if some supervisors do not like me at work.
*I use to get out and find the company of nerds, I mean, estrange people: for example: a magister science graduated in a USA university but here in Venezuela works for a poorest school in the interior, getting along with plenty of plane people who do not estime him enough because they can not understand his value (54 years old m no married, no children...2-47 years old man, have read plenty of books is still depending of his parents to live. His teeth are destroyed, alcoholic, very bad dressed even the fact that he is a cultured man...most of my friends have no family.
I sent money of the relatives of my wife even the fact that they even call me up once a year.
*I try to please my boss even the fact that there is not time enough for doing all the work.
* I get ashamed of my wife family because they are poor, and her sisters got pregnant when teens.
*I fall (not completely) in love with a plain worker in the factory because I liked her, but she did not answer my movil phone written mails back, not my phone calls. And if I take her for some place she immediately asks what are we going to eat..even the fact that she does not look at my face directly.
I use to talk about my deficiencies as if I were playing.
What do you recommend me to get a healthy self esteem?
gracias
