Question
hi! i want to know the daily food chart of punjabis                             ?

Answer
Hi Shikha,
I know that there is a daily food chart of an individual depending upon wether he is a veg or nonveg.I really have very less idea about food chart of Punjabis. All i know is they have a lot of curd, makkhi di roti and sarso da saag.
But i would suggest you to have a healthy food chart which would have proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals in it.avoid junk foods.Eat healthy and live healthy. Have proper breakfast with either cornflakes, bread toast and a glass of milk. in lunch have a bit of rice,2 chapatis, dal, some vegetables, curd and can also include fish or chicken(if nonvegetarian). In dinner have 3 chapatis with some vegetables curry(made of less oil), non veg if you want can also be included. Also try having a glass of milk everyday either in breakfast or after 20 -30 minutes of dinner and also have a fruit everyday in between lunch and dinner.

I think you are from India.Enjoy!!
Thanks,
Sohini
