Indian Culture/Conflict and Culture
I have to ask the following questions for my conflict and culture class for my Master's program:
We are interested in how conflicts are handled in organizations. How might a situation between two employees be resolved in Indian culture?
How might a conflict between a manager and a subordinate be resolved in a Indian culture organization?
A conflict in an Indian organisation or a conflict between employees, or between a manager and a subordinate in an Indian workplace is managed mostly like it is done in the developed economies like the USA or UK. Only in India the emphasis is much more on service and sacrifice in favour of the organisation.
