Question post dated cheques given to person who has sold his company and the pirated software saying he has developed it also took advance from us.did not transfer the share.the lady whom the software belong had file a fri an year back.but still a file a case under 138.pls advise me its a case of cheating.how can he present the case in court.and what is the outcome of such cases.
