Question
If any person got married in the presence of first legal wife and also without concent from first wife. First wife have three adult children and second wife has two children. After death of the person who will be the legal warris.
Please kindly reply the question.

Hi sks,
If the marriage is of a person other than muslim without taking legal divorce from first wife naturally the second marriage is null and void in law. He can even be booked for offence of Bigamy under IPC. If no will had been made by the person the estate will go to his first wife and children.
