Our country has long back abolished security bond.It violates Article 19 of our Constitution.Further , subject to certain exceptions such type of contract is void U/s 27 of our Contract Act.As per the said Section any agreement in restraint of profession is void.It affects flexibility of an employee to move for a better opportunity.
