Clealy (A). This is since it says as well do other duties. It gives example of others: shopping.

In simple words the sentence means:

"The cook will prepare meals. The cook will also do other duties as required.
Example of other duties: shopping for food and washing the dishes. This is only an example. But there could be other duties also required.

Trust, this helps.

Best Regards.
