Question
while i was incarcerated my dad past in a matter of one week my mom sent a paper to sign she said it was to tell the court im her son i did not read it. she was getting a probate because she said my dad had no will. my dad been told me he will leave me everything because im his only son and im the only one that knew the funeral buisness. i want to know how can i see the will if any? and what was that waiver i signed

Answer
You should be able to go to the county where the probate is pending and ask the clerk to see the file which will include the will.  All you need to tell them is that you believe you are an heir in the will and want to check on the current status of the probate.  If they say no then ask an attorney to help you and that person should be able to file an apperance on your behalf and contest the probate.  THis will get you access to the file and the will.  JDH
