Experience I've been a fan of the Indigo Girls for many years and my experience with the subject grows exponentially each day. I've been to several concerts, by Amy and Emily and by Amy alone. I'm extremely familiar with the music and lyrics as well as song backgrounds....why songs were created. I am familiar with IG boots, setlists and other information.

Question Are Amy or Emily currently working on any solo projects?
Answer Actually, yes. Amy is currently working on an album of her own to come out early next year. She's calling it lo-fi, melodic punk! It's eagerly anticipated by many Indigo Girls fans. Emily is not working on anything currently...she calls it a distant dream. She has, however, worked with Vonda Shepard of "Ally McBeal" fame on a song called "Baby, Don't Break My Heart Slow" that achieved some commercial success. Be assured that solo projects don't mean breaking up Amy and Emily!
