Hello,
1/ Upon your request, I  try to find some hotels to book for your group a
single and a triple. As you know , in some hotels the room is not large
enough to put a third bed , But sometimes, there are three single beds in a
triple room, and sometimes there are two single beds and an extra bed in a
triple room.  If it's OK for you, I will book these hotels for you.

2/ I send you again the revised program including the hotels' names (please
see attached)

2/ Sure that I try my best to offer you the best price as well as kinds of
rooms as you requested.

3/ About entry visa to Vietnam, I can do it for your group on arrival at the
airport, A visa multiple valid one month costs $ 20 / pax for visa appoval.
I will send you visa approval by fax or mail.  When arriving Vietnam, you
show it to The Airport Immigration, they will stamp visa on your passport
and you pay $ 50 / pax overthere. It's very easy.
If you want to do the visa, please provide me all personal details as : full
names (as in the passports), passport number, date of birth, place of birth,
passport issue nad expiry, nationality, and entry date to Vietnam, place of
getting visa : HCMC airport.
You should get a multiple visa as you can go to Cambodia and back to
Vietnam.

4/ You can transfer to me a small amount for deposit to do the booking and
visa. I will give you the bank details of my company. The remaining you will
pay at Fiditourist on arrival..
Hope to see you  in Vietnam and Fiditourist.
Regards,
Quang Minh

Answer
Well, I have never used the tour company you are talking about although I have heard of them and they are pretty big.

The itinerary is a pretty standard one. It's pretty regimented but convenient if you don't have a lot of time and want to cover a lot of time.  I'm probably going to be more help to you if I know what hotels you are slated to be staying at as they can vary enormously and some of them can be pretty disappointing. Those tours are exhausting and you will want somewhere quiet and clean to lay your head down.
My only comment would be that 2 days is an awfully short time to spend at Angkor Wat - it's bloody enormous. I went for three days and was kicking myself for not going for 5.
