I am attempting to make reservations at a restaurant in HCMC, Madame Dai's Bibliotheque. I am unable to find a telephone number on the internet or in a guide book. Would you be so kind as to see if a number is available perhaps in a phone book?

Sorry it took so long for me to answer this. Christmas insanity.
Sadly, Madam Dai no longer runs the Bibliotheque. In fact, the last rumour I heard was that she has passed away.
The restaurant no longer exists. ::sigh:: It was a real piece of history, gone the way of all the grand French villas that have been torn down to make way for highrises.
