so I thought , planned also found after studies that IE department is the best solution as it can collect all the avove issues by doing postgraduates studies or at least certificate or diploma in well known fame university

Answer Hello AH! Thanks for your question. Your interest are very broad, indeed. I think what you might best consider is getting some business experience. It is one thing to have an interest in an area and quite another to experience it first hand. In any specific job, the IE duties might be very narrow cast and specific to only a limited number of activities. A better place to gain experience might be as a management consultant for a smaller firm. These firms usually work in broad range of subjects and this would provide you with the opportunity to get 'hands on' experience in all those subjects. You would then be better prepared to make a decision about which areas you would like to focus on.
