Answer Dear Razieh and Azade,
There is so much out there on TQM - the specific references really depends on what part of quality you want to address. THis site lists the nine basic tools http://www.iqd.com/pfttools.htm which may be helpful. All of my quality reference books from college I just gave away as I moved last month. Sorry. Recently I have studied quality under Honeywell's Six Sigma program which is all their own material. I also used a book (sold a few months ago) called SPC Synchronous Manufacturing. That was good material. I like Philip Crosby's quality books too. He is very knowledgable. I have his Quality Without Tears The Art of Hassle Free Management here and might be willing to sell it (it is a signed copy), let me know if you are interested.
SOme good articles and info at http://www.gslis.utexas.edu/~rpollock/tqm.html
That might get you started. TQM is such a broad term, especially when you add in all the six sigma/SPC stuff. I don't know anyone in school working on this - I graduated many moons ago. Good luck, blessings, Kim
