Answer
Hello Kim.  Have you been on any other medications besides Clomid?  If your follicles were that small on Clomid, you may need to try a more aggressive medication, such as Follistim or Gonal-F injections, followed by Ovidrel to produce ovulation.  These drugs are usually given for IUI cycles, and require consistent monitoring with ultrasound and bloodwork. I recently did a cycle with these medications, and produced several follicles of 13-18 mm each.  Talk to your doctor about trying something different, since you are apparently not responding well to the Clomid.  As far as I know, there is nothing non-medicinal that you can do to make your follicles grow larger.  Are you seeing a reproductive endocrinologist or just an ob/gyn?  Best of luck.
